- We will confirm with instructions for payment within 24-48 hours after placement of order.
- Items are sold at a first come first serve basis.
- All items are secured, and only reserved, after payment is made.
- Payments can be settled through (Maybank transfers/Paypal*for international buyers only*).
- Payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation, after which, it will be released for sale again.
- Only serious buyers. No backing out after confirmation of order. Kindly notify us if you are not interested in the item anymore. Backed out buyer without notice will be blacklisted and are not allowed to order anymore in the future.
- Buy at your own risk. We will ensure that goods are in good condition and securely packed before being sent out. However, My Closet shall not be liable for any unforeseen merchandize damage caused during shipping.
- Goods sold are NOT refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
- Prices are fixed.
- Colors of actual product may differ slightly from actual product.
- For national purchases, postal is through the most efficient and secured Poslaju.
- International buyers are welcomed and would be dealt with on a case to case basis.
- Any request on CODs will not be entertained.

For restockable items
Items are secured based on first come first served basis. The faster you pay, the higher the chances of re-stockable items being secured for you. If however, an item becomes non-re-stockable, a full refund would be made within one week after you receiving our confirmation of such case.
